Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 tb Shortening to grease dish 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 lg Eggs 4 oz Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) cream corn 4 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn 4 oz Can diced green chili
1 (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, -peppers
-drained 1/2 ts Salt
1 Stick margarine, melted 1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Yellow corn meal

Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease long Pyrex dish. Beat eggs, then
add all ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour into dish and
bake on center rack of oven for 1 hour or until firm in center. Let
set 10 minutes before cutting.
