Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/4 c Flour -Pinch of salt
2 T Sugar 1 Egg
1 t Baking powder 1/4 c Milk
1 t Ground cardamon -Oil for frying
Mix together the dry ingredients. Mix in egg and milk until well
blended. Roll out as for a jelly roll to about 3/4 inch thickness.
Cut using a doughnut cutter with center ring removed. Fry in hot
(365 degree) oil until golden brown. May roll in confectioners'
