Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Flour tortilla 2 tb Salsa
1/4 c Bean dip 1 ts Chopped onion
1 ea Egg 1/4 c Shredded jack cheese
Put tortilla on glass plate. Spread with bean dip. Make a well in
center of beans and break egg into it piercing yolk. Microwave on
medium 2-2 1/2 minutes. Top with salsa, onion and cheese. From
