Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Chicken, Frying, Cut Up Salt
2 Chilies, Split 2 tb Tamarind Juice
1 sm Onion, sliced 2 tb Brown Sugar
2 tb Coriander Seed, Ground 1 c Coconut Milk
1 tb Caraway Seed, Ground Oil
1 tb Turmeric

Put chicken in a pan with all the ingredients except the oil. Bring
to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. or until liquid has
been absorbed. Heat oil and deep fry chicken until golden brown.
