1 1/2 c Applesauce, mashed bananas 1 ts Dried orange peel
Or DRIED FRUIT JAM 1/2 ts Salt
1 3/4 c Quick oats 1 ts Vanilla
1/4 c Flour 1/4 c Chopped NUTS OR SEEDS
1/4 c Chopped dried fruit
Stir together dry ingredients then combine with remaining items,
stirring only enough to moisten oats. Shape into cookies 1/4-1/2"
thick. Bake on an oiled cookie sheet at 350F. for 35 minutes. Makes
