Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/4 oz Chamomile Flowers
3/4 oz Catnip
1 oz Sweet Marjoram
1/2 oz Mint
Yield, 3 Oz.
Combine and store in
-airtight container.

for 1 cup tea, pour a cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of herb
blend and steep for 5 to 10 mins. Strain and drink warm. From:
