Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Vinegar 4 md California artichokes,
4 ts Lemon juice -prepared and cooked as
1 tb Sugar -directed for whole
1/2 ts Dry mustard -artichokes
1/3 c Olive oil
(From the California Artichoke Advisry Board.)
Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and mustard. Gradually add oil
until blended. Serve with cooked artichokes.
