Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 pk Frozen asparagus spears -- 1/2 c Chopped onion
10 oz Each 6 ea Eggs
Cut and thawed 2 c Milk
1 lb Cooked ham -- chopped 1 1/2 c Buttermilk baking mix
2 c Swiss cheese -- shredded 8 2 tb Vegetable flaked -- dried
Oz 1/4 ts Pepper

In two greased 9 inch. pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese
and onion. In a bowl beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix
well. Divide in half and pour over asparagus mixture in each pie
plate. Bake at 375 deg. for 30 min. or until a knife inserted near
the center comes out clean. Yield: 12 servings.
