2 Chickens, broiler-fryer; 2 tb Water
-quartered 2 tb Oil, salad
2 ts Salt 1 ts Thyme, dried leaf
1/2 c Mustard, prepared 1/4 ts Ginger, ground
2 tb Vinegar
Sprinkle salt on both sides of chicken. Place skin side up in
foil-lined shallow baking pan. Combine other ingredients and spoon
over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes,
basting occasionally.
