3 Eggs,well beaten 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Skim milk 3/4 c Cooked rice
2 tb Liquid sucaryl 3 tb Raisins
1/4 ts Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees,Blend together the eggs,skim
milk,sucaryl,salt and vanilla.Stir in cooked rice and raisins.Pour
into a 4 cup casserole.Place casserole in a pan of hot
water.Bake,uncovered,60 minutes stirring after one half hour of
baking.Serve hot.
