Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Ripe banana 1 ts Dry mustard
1 c Sour cream -- 8 ounces 3/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Sugar Salad greens
1 tb Poppy seeds Orange and grapefruit
1 tb Lemon juice Sections
In a small bowl, finely mash banana. Add sour cream, sugar, poppy
seeds, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Arrange salad greens and fruit on a platter or individual salad
plates. Serve with dressing. Yield: 1-3/4 cups
