12 Frozen strawberries 1/4 c Grape Nuts

Peel banana, wrap in plastic and freeze 24 hours. Remove from freezer
and break into thirds. Let banana pieces and strawberries thaw 5-10
minutes to soften slightly. Blend in blender until creamy, about 5
