Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Unsalted butter 1 ts Banana liqueur
4 tb Dark brown sugar 1/4 c Cognac
6 Bananas Vanilla ice cream
1 pn Cinnamon
Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat
until carmelized. Cut bananas in quarters, split. Place bananas in
saucepan; cook until tender. Add cinnamon and liqueur. Blend well.
Heat cognac and pour over bananas. Do not stir. Ignite. Have ice
cream in serving dishes. Spoon flaming bananas over top.
