1/4 c  Butter                                   Minced onion, tarragon, or
      1 ts Freshly grated lemon peel                Paprika
      1 tb Fresh lemon juice                        OR
    1/2 ts Parsley, oregano, marjoram,         1 ts Dill weed or basil
 
  Melt butter, add lemon juice and peel, blending well. add any one or a
  combination of seasonings, if desired. Keep warm. Serve with
  vegetables. Makes about 12 1 teaspoon servings with 33 calories, 4 g
  fat and 33 mg cholesterol.
