1/2 lb Sandwich steaks, cut into 1 2 t Cornstarch
-x 2 1/2 in strips 1 t Sugar
1 md Onion chopped --Sauce--
1 md Green peppers, chopped 1 c Water
1 lg Tomato, cut into 8 wedges 1 T Cornstarch
--Marinade-- 2 T Catsup
2 t Soy sauce 2 T Sugar
1. Mix marinade well. 2. Marinade beef strips. Prepare sauce. Cut up
vegetables. 3. Heat wok. Stir fry beef strips, remove set aside. Stir
fry onions and green peppers until crisp. 4. Add sauce to vegetables,
bring to a boil. When Sauce thickens add tomatoes wedges and
reserved beef strips. Toss to combine. 5. Serve over rice or Chinese
