1/8 ts Marjoram
1/8 ts Rosemary, crushed
5 c Corn flakes, crushed
2 1/2 lb Cut up broiler-fryer -
Chicken pieces
1/2 c Butter or margarine, melted
1/3 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Thyme
Preheat oven to 375F. In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt,
thyme, rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cereal. Dip
chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack in
shallow baking pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes or until golden brown.
