Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
BLEND:
2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1/2 c. cornstarch or arrowroot
1 c. apple juice concentrate 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. blackberries (fresh or frozen) 1 c. regular apple juice
2 c. water
POUR into saucepan and bring to a boil. SIMMER 20 minutes. REMOVE from heat and
ADD 2 c. sliced strawberries. NOTE: It takes a while to blend so blackberry seeds are
blended thoroughly.
