Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Round Or Chuck Steak 1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 c Flour 3 tb Oil
2 ts Salt 1 sm Chopped Onion
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pound thoroughly into steak with meat
pounder or edge of saucer. Brown the meat and onion in hot oil.
Cover; cook over low heat, or bake in a 350øF oven until tender,
about 1-1/2 hours or more. From: Syd's Cookbook.
