Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mozzarella Blanched broccoil; optional
Gorganzola -can substitute blue cheese
Sharp Provolone -or other cheese for the
Parmesan -gorganzola
Onion slices; optional
Brush the Boboli lightly with olive oil and put the cheese on
liberally. Drizzle a few more drops of olive oil over it. Bake
according to Boboli Pizza directions.
