Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 c Lobster, cooked 1 ea Bay leaf
2 c Milk 1/3 c Butter, melted
2 c Half Half 1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ea Onion slice 1 ts Pepper, freshly ground
2 ea Celery ribs 1 ds Tabasco
1 ts Parsley

Scald milk and half half with onion, celery, parsley
and bay leaf. Strain. In a large saucepan, stir
together melted butter, flour, and seasonings. Slowly
stir in milk. Place over low heat and stir until
slightly thickened. Add lobster. Top with crisp
