Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

250 g Mascarpone 2 tb Brandy
1/2 c Cream 1 ts Vanilla
2 ts Sugar 2 Egg whites

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to mix. Beat the
egg-whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the mascarpone
mixture. Spoon into a serving bowl and refrigerate, covered, until
ready to serve.
