1 md Onion, chopped Corkscrew pasta, cooked and
2 ts Minced galric Drained
2 ts Dried basil 4 c Broccoli florets, steamed
3 tb Chicken stock Until crunchy
1/4 c White wine 2 tb Lowfat yogurt
8 oz Shell or tricolored 3 tb Grated Parmesan
Saute onion, garlic and basil in stock until soft. Combine pasta,
yogurt, broccoli, onion mixture and cheese. Toss to combine. Eat.
