4 sl White or WW bread 2 c Skim milk
4 oz Grated cheddar cheese 1/4 ts Salt
10 oz Pkg. chopped broccoli 1/8 ts Pepper
Cooked half way and drained 1 ts Minced onion flakes
4 Eggs 1/2 ts Dry mustard
Place two slices of the bread in a 4X8 nonstick loaf pan. Sprinkle
with half of the cheese. Spread the broccoli over the cheese. Top
with the remaining cheese, then the remaining bread. Place remaining
ingredients in the blender and blend until sommoth. Pour evenly over
the bread. Chill one hour. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 40 minutes or
until golden brown.
Per serving: 22g protein, 16g fat, 23g carb., 572mg sodium, 307mg
chol., 321 calories.
