Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 sm Zwiebel
25 g Magerer Rauchspeck
100 g ?ltere Schwarz- und
- Weiábrotstcke
1 pn Kmmel
1 1/2 l Leichte Brhe
Salz
Muskat
1 Ei
50 g Leberk?se
Zubereitung: Die Zwiebel hacken, den Speck in Wrfel schneiden.
Beides in einem Topf "blond" (O-Ton des Kochbuchs) anbraten. Das Brot
in Wrfel schneiden und mitr?sten. Kmmel und Brhe zugeben. Solange
unter Rhren kochen lassen, bis sich eine halbwegs glatte Suppe
gebildet hat. Mit Salz und Muskat abschmecken - (Vorsicht, Speck und
Brot enthalten schon eine Menge Salz!). Zum Schluá ein Ei in die
Suppe gleiten lassen und aufkochen. Gewrfelten Leberk?se in der
