Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Pizza dough 1/2 c Mozzarella shredded
1 cn Pizza sauce 1/4 c Parmesan grated
1/4 lb Itallian sausage 1 ts Salt
Roll out dough and cut into 6 inch rounds. Mix all other ingrediants
in a bowl. Place a scant 1/4 cut of filling on each round. Fold over
and pinch closed with a fork and water. Bake on a greased cookie
sheet, brush tops with oil (lightly). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or
till golden brown.
