Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. carob powder pinch of salt
1 c. ground granola 2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey 2 tbsp. chopped nuts
Water as needed for consistency (about 1/2 c.)
COMBINE all ingredients, except nuts. PRESS firmly into greased 9-inch square pan.
SPRINKLE with finely chopped nuts. CHILL before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
