2 c Sharp Tillamook Or 1/2 ts Salt
Other Cheddar, grated 1/2 ts Paprika
8 tb Butter, at room temperature 48 sm Green Stuffed Olives
1 c Flour, sifted Well drained
* Preheat oven to 400 F.
1. Blend the grated cheese and butter. Stir in the flour, salt and
paprika. (This can be done completely in a food processor with a
metal blade.)
2. Mold 1 tsp of mixture around each olive. Chill the puffs until
firm, about 30 mins. Arrange the puffs on ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 15 mins or until browned. (You can freeze the puffs, well
wrapped for about 10 days. Bake them, frozen, until browned.)
