Main Ingredients:
1 small pkg cream cheese (3 oz.)1 large pkg cream cheese (8 oz.)2 jars Old English cheese spread1 jar Roka Blue cheese spread3 Tbsp grated onion (I use green onions)1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp dried parsley flakes1 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix cheeses together with beaters. Add in onions, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and 1/2 cup nuts. The mixture is too soft to shape into a ball, so mound it in a decorative bowl and sprinkle remaining nuts on top. It's good with Wheat Thins.
