Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Loaf of cubed bread
3 oz Cream cheese
1/4 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c Butter
2 Egg whites
Melt cheeses and butter in double boiler. Beat egg whites until
stiff; fold in cheese mixture, dip cubes of bread in cheese. Place
on buttered cookie sheet in an icebox overnight. Bake at 400 degrees
for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly brown on edges. Randy Rigg
