One pizza crust, 2 T Lime juice
-commercial, or homemade 1 c Thinly sliced onion
1 T Vegetable oil 1 c Green or red pepper strips
4 ea Skinless, boneless, chicken 1/2 c Tomato sauce
-breat halves, cut into 2 1/4 ea To 1/2 tsp salsa seasoning
-inch by 1/2 inch 12 ea Ounces (3 cups) shredded
Strips -Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 T Fajita seasoning mix Red pepper flakes for
1/2 t Mexican oregano -garnish
Prepare pizza crust according to directions. Preheat oven to 400F.
Saute chicken in hot oil until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cook 1-2 minutes, or until vegetable are
crips tender. Spoon mixture over crust. Stir salsa seasoning mix
into tomato sauce, spoon over pizza. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake on
middle oven rack until crust is golden brown, approximately 12-15
minutes. Sprinkle to taste with red pepper flakes. Origin: Watkin's
