See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 c Lentils 1 tb Cornstarch
4 c Cold water 3 tb Water
2/3 c Green onions, minced 1/4 c Tomato puree, no salt added
1 tb Parsley, minced 1 c Chicken, cooked and diced
2 cl Garlic, minced 1/8 ts Black pepper
1/2 Sweet red pepper, diced
Wash lentils and soak overnight in cold water. Drain, saving 2 cups.
Simmer lentils and vegetables until tender. Combine cornstarch and
water and add to pan along with tomato puree, cooked chicken and
black pepper. Cook, stirring, until it boils and is thick.
