1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 tb Unsweetened cocoa
3 tb Sugar
3 c Bread flour
2 ts Yeast
3 tb Chopped walnuts; optional
