1 ea Pre-baked pizza crust 3 ea Tb Icing sugar
2 ea Tb Butter 2 ea Tb Cocoa
1 ea Tb Granulated sugar 2 ea Tb Milk
250 g Cream cheese (package) 2 c Strawberries, sliced

Dessert Pizza, why not? It's easy to make and it's a great finish for
a summer meal. Top with peaches, blueberries, plums or nectarines.
PREHEAT oven to 425F. Butter cookie sheet. Place on pizza crust and
butter it. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 7 minutes or until crisp. Chill.
BEAT together remaining ingredients except strawberries, adding
enough milk to make a spreadable consistency. Spread on pizza base.
TOP with strawberries or other fruit. Serves 4.
