Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Evaporated milk 4 Egg yolks
1 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Flaked coconut
1/4 c Plus 2 tb butter or 1 1/2 c Chopped pecans
Margarine 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Combine first four ingredients in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil
and cool over medium heat 12 minutes stirring constantly. Add
Coconuts, pecans and vanilla; stir until cool and thick enough to
spread.
