1 lg Idaho russet potato, peeled 3 tb Roasted garlic olive oil
-cut into 1-inch cubes 2 tb Sage, chopped
1 lg California jewel yam, peeled 3 Garlic clove(s), minced
-cut into 1-inch cubes 1 pn Sea salt
1/2 sm Butternut squash, peeled 1 pn Cracked black pepper
-cut into 1-inch cubes
Toss together all ingredients in a medium bowl and vegetables are
coated with oil.
Saut? mixture over medium heat in a non-stick frying pan until tender
and lightly crisp, about 20 minutes.
