1 tb Olive oil
1/2 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 Red bell pepper -- diced
1 Poblano chile -- diced
2 Tomatoes -- diced
Juice of 6 limes
3 Garlic cloves -- minced
1/2 c Parsley -- chopped
1 c Cilantro -- chopped
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Cayenne
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients.
