Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c Cocoa
3/4 c Applesauce
1 1/4 c Unsifted flour
1 c Sugar
3/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Raisins
In bowl, blend butter and cocoa. Add applesauce. Set aside. In large
bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add cocoa mixture and eggs. Blend
just until moistened. Fold in raisins/ Spoon into greased medium
sized muffins cups. Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes. Yield:12
