Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 tb Cocoa 1 pt Boiling milk
2 tb Sugar Whipped cream
1 pt Boiling water
Put cocoa and sugar in a saucepan. Add 1/2 cup of the boiling water
and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Add rest of water and milk
and cook 5 minutes more. Serve with whipped cream. Many of the
recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven
temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos
and all.
