Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/3 c SUGAR 1 1/2 c WATER
1/3 c COCOA 4 1/2 c MILK
1/4 ts SALT 1/4 ts VANILLA
MIX 1/3 CUP SUGAR, 1/3 CUP COCOA AND SALT IN A SAUCE PAN. ADD WATER AND
HEAT TO BOILING, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES. STIR IN THE
MILK. HEAT THROUGH BUT DO NOT BOIL. ADD VANILLA AND STIR IN.
