Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c All purpose flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Oil
2 ea Eggs
1/4 c Coffee
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
2 1/2 c Sliced peeled apples
1 c Chopped nuts
Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 60
minutes
