1/2 c Half and half 9 c Apples; peeled and sliced
3 c Flour 1 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Salt 3 ts Lemon juice

1/4 c Oil 2 ts Lemon rind; grated

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 1:00 In top of double boiler,
place caramels and half and half; melt caramels ov cup sguar; cut in
butter. Combine oil, cold water and egg; stir into flour flour, 2
cups sugar and lemon rind; sprinkle over apples. Drizzle with lemo
