Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/3 c Uncooked couscous
3/4 c Raisins
1/2 ts Salt cup boiling water
1/2 c Margarine or butter
-l/2 teaspoon ground
-turmeric
Mix couscous, raisins and salt in medium bowl. Stir in boiling water.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Heat
margarine in 10-inch skillet until melted. Stir in couscous and
turmeric. Cook over medium heat 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
