Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Cranberries -- fresh or 1/3 c Apple juice
Frozen 1/4 ts Ground mace
6 lg Apples -- peeled chopped 1/8 ts Coriander -- ground
1/2 c Sugar
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce
heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 min. or until apples are tender.
Remove from heat and cool slightly. Puree mixture in food processor.
Cover and refrigerate. Yield: about 4 cups
