Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Creamed corn 15 0z.
1/4 c Melted butter
2 Beaten eggs
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal
1 ts Salt
1 c Sour cream
1 c Diced cheddar cheese
combine all ingredients and pour into a well greased casserole dish.
Bake in 350 F oven 1 hour.
