2 ts Sugar
2 tb Wine vinegar
10 Herrings, cleaned -- soaked
Over nght and filleted --

ea Fillet cut into 5
Pieces
1 md Onion
Whip cream with sugar. Fold in vinegar. Layer fllets and onion slices
in glass jar and pour cream mixture over. Cover.
