1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 package mushroom
1 onion cut in rings
1 package beef stew meat
salt
pepper
Put in crock pot and cook all day.
Add 16 oz sour cream before serving.
Serve over Egg Noodles.
