6 ea Cube (minute) steaks 1 cn Water
1 ea Onion, chopped course 1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs
2 ea Cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 c Sifted flour
3/4 c Dry red wine 1 t Cajun seasoning
2 cn Golden mushroom soup 2 T Olive oil
1. mix bread crumbs, flour, cajun seasoning together coat steaks
with mixture. Place olive oil in electric skillet brown cube steaks
on both sides set aside, saute onions garlic in skillet.
2. In a sauce pan, mix soup water bring to a boil. Pour soup into
skillet add wine stir. Add steaks cover simmer about 10 - 12
minutes turning steaks over occasionally.
Makes a great gravy to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
