See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 1/2 c Celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c Raw (turbinado) sugar 1 c Dried currants
1 tb Curry powder, or to taste 1 c Toasted sliced almonds
6 c Cold cooked long grain rice
Stir sugar and curry into mayonnaise. Let stand a few minutes so
sugar begins to dissolve.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Give the
mayonnaise mixture a final stir before mixing it into the rice.
