Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Hot dry mustard
1/2 ts Black pepper 2 tb Red wine vinegar
1/4 ts White pepper 3 tb Red wine
1 tb Dijon-style mustard 10 tb Peanut oil
Combine salt, black pepper, white pepper and mustards and mix well.
Add vinegar and wine and beat until smooth. Gradually add oil and
beat until dressing coats metal spoon. Serve with cold vegetables or
salad greens.
Makes 1 cup
