Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Head of lettuce, cut into
Bite sized pieces.
1 1/2 Green peppers, chopped
1 md Onion, diced
4 Stalks of celery, diced
1 cn Water chestnuts, drain/slice
1 pk Frozen peas, 10 oz. do not
Cook the peas
2 tb Sugar
Mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, layer the ingredients in order. Sprinkle with sugar
and cover completely with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Chill for
24 hours before serving.
